A classic pasta dinner…well sort of. I decided that I was going to put a little more effort into dinner this time and make something other than the usual meat sauce. After I found the recipe for the mini apple pie bites, I saw another post with parmesan meatballs. It seemed like the perfect match for the spaghetti I planned on making.

From cookin up north:

Ingredients (makes 6 meatballs)

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 clove of minced garlic

Directions

Mix and shape into 6 meatballs. Place in a pan and bake at 375 for 25 minutes. (I didn’t  grease the pan since the meat tends to give off enough to prevent sticking and I didn’t want them super greasy).

Place on top of the spaghetti and enjoy!
