A few days ago, we found ourselves running a bunch of errands all over the city. Of course, we forgot to take into account that we would get hungry so we used this as an opportunity to try something new in the area. We eventually decided on Tartufo pizzeria in Buckhead. We ordered a Margherita pizza which is basically mozzarella, fresh basil, and evoo. They cooked it in the large brick oven and it was ready in no time (thank goodness since we were starving by then).
It was a very tasty pizza and I loved the big chunks of cheese and whole leaves of basil. Overall, it was a good meal. I still think that Antico has the best pizza in Atlanta but I would come here again to try some of their other pizzas.
